Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst What You’ll Need to Have: * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with strong preference for Field Service and Field Service Mobile experience * 3-5 years of experience in functional analysis, systems analysis, or technical analysis roles supporting enterprise applications * Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution designs in partnership with Product Owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders * Experience developing user stories, application requirements, process flow diagrams, and detailed functional specifications * Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application issues and support timely resolution * Solid understanding of CRM architecture, data relationships, integrations, and enterprise application delivery practices
