Job description

Create Figma designs, wireframes, mockups, and developer ready assets.

Improve contestant registration, voting, checkout, and promotional experiences.

Design landing pages, banners, campaign pages, and competition brand assets.

Help maintain visual consistency across multiple competition brands.

Review live pages and help catch spacing, layout, mobile, and usability issues.

Requirements

Strong portfolio with web and mobile design examples.

Excellent Figma skills.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and responsive design.

Ability to design polished consumer facing pages, not just wireframes.

Ability to work quickly, take feedback, and hand off clean files to developers.

Bonus Points

Experience with entertainment, fashion, beauty, ecommerce, or creator platforms.

Experience designing high converting landing pages or checkout flows.

Shopify or ecommerce design experience.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how designs are built.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or motion design.

About the company

Maxim Licensing operates Maxim Competitions, including Maxim Cover Girl and other online competition brands. We build high traffic, consumer facing web experiences across entertainment, fashion, beauty, and creator driven campaigns.
