Job description

The Technical Lead/Solution Architect provides strategic technical leadership and architectural oversight for the entire enterprise environment. This role ensures all solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with modernization goals., * Serve as the senior technical authority for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure GCC Medium, .NET/C# applications, SQL Server, and related systems.

Design and oversee modernization, migration (including AWS-to-Azure), integration, and enhancement strategies.
Lead architecture decisions, system design, process flows, and technical documentation.
Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SBOM, and secure coding practices.
Support ATO activities, cybersecurity compliance, Zero Trust, and vulnerability remediation.
Provide technical guidance on CCMS, Arbitration Management System, public web environment, and legacy system modernization.
Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend long-term technical solutions.
Mentor developers and ensure high-quality code and system documentation.
Participate in on-site collaboration at agency Headquarters.

Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on Solution Architecture experience in federal cloud environments.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), Azure Government, .NET/C#, and SQL.
Strong experience with cloud migration, API integrations, and hybrid environments.
Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification highly desired.
Thorough knowledge of federal security, accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), and records management requirements.
