Job description

The Technical Lead/Solution Architect provides strategic technical leadership and architectural oversight for the entire enterprise environment. This role ensures all solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with modernization goals., * Serve as the senior technical authority for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure GCC Medium, .NET/C# applications, SQL Server, and related systems.

  • Design and oversee modernization, migration (including AWS-to-Azure), integration, and enhancement strategies.
  • Lead architecture decisions, system design, process flows, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SBOM, and secure coding practices.
  • Support ATO activities, cybersecurity compliance, Zero Trust, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Provide technical guidance on CCMS, Arbitration Management System, public web environment, and legacy system modernization.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend long-term technical solutions.
  • Mentor developers and ensure high-quality code and system documentation.
  • Participate in on-site collaboration at agency Headquarters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on Solution Architecture experience in federal cloud environments.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), Azure Government, .NET/C#, and SQL.
  • Strong experience with cloud migration, API integrations, and hybrid environments.
  • Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification highly desired.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal security, accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), and records management requirements.
