System Administrator in Georgia

Andersen is hiring a System Administrator in Georgia for a project supporting hybrid enterprise infrastructure and ensuring secure, reliable, high-availability IT operations.

The customer is a fintech organization that develops digital financial solutions for individuals and businesses. It provides technology platforms that simplify financial transactions, support business operations, and improve customer interactions through secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital services. The company focuses on innovation, operational efficiency, and expanding access to modern financial technologies.

The project is focused on supporting and evolving a large-scale hybrid enterprise infrastructure across on-premises data centers and AWS/Azure cloud environments. It includes managing Windows and Linux servers, enterprise networking and storage solutions, high-availability databases, and ensuring the security, stability, and continuous improvement of business-critical services., * Administering Windows and Linux server environments.

• Managing Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Supporting virtualization platforms and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Managing backup and recovery processes.
• Monitoring system performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure incidents.
• Assisting with infrastructure upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Maintaining technical and operational documentation.
• Participating in on-call support for business-critical incidents., * Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others. • Experience in system administration for 3+ years.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with backup solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Basic virtualization experience.
• Availability to participate in on-call support for business-critical incidents in a 24/7 support environment.
• Level of Georgian - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of English - from Intermediate+ and above.
