HSM Key User

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the HMS platform.
• Configure systems, subsystems, tags, disciplines, and turnover packages.
• Maintain workflows, templates, and master data aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure coding structures remain consistent with engineering and commissioning deliverables., * Work on large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Gain exposure to advanced digital project delivery and handover systems.
• Contribute to the successful completion and turnover of critical engineering projects.

• High school diploma or technical college education related to construction or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, quality assurance, commissioning, or project controls.
• Experience using handover and turnover management platforms such as HMS, Procore, Smartsheet, PIMS, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of:
• Construction workflows
• Mechanical Completion and Commissioning processes
• QA/QC documentation and document control
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to manage data structures, coding systems, and documentation traceability.

Preferred

• Training or certification in construction management software platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
