Full Stack Web Developer (Django/Python)

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Django and Python

to support the development of internal platforms and tools.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced

environment and enjoys building systems from the ground up. This is an individual contributor, * Develop and maintain web applications using Django (Python)

• Build front-end functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Design and support internal dashboards, tools, and workflows

• Translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions

• Ensure applications are secure, efficient, and scalable

• Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in:

• Python & Django

• JavaScript

• HTML & CSS

• HTMX & Alpine. JS

• Experience building and maintaining web applications end-to-end

• Ability to work independently and execute in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, or

equivalent hands-on experience. Candidates with strong portfolios or demonstrated experience

building scalable web applications are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

• Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards

• Understanding of:

• Secure data handling

• User access controls

• Basic encryption practices

• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or operational systems
