Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of various IT support processes, including desktop support, network troubleshooting, and software issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of LAN technologies, TCP/IP protocols, DNS configurations, and VPN setups.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments and basic server management tasks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users while providing clear guidance.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not required., * Desktop support: 5 years (Required)
  • Windows: 4 years (Required)
  • Active Directory: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Printers: 3 years (Preferred)
