Job description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Mansura, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure., * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, and peripherals.
Provide timely support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment.
Assist in setting up new workstations and user accounts.
Document technical procedures and maintain inventory of IT assets.
Collaborate with other IT staff to improve system performance and security.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Basic understanding of network protocols and security practices.
