• Lead design development and documentation for residential & multi-family rebuild projects
• Produce high-quality Revit models and annotated drawings for SD, DD, and CD phases.
• Coordinate with consultants and community partners across all project phases
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and public/community presentations
• Mentor and support junior team members in technical detailing and project workflow
• Ensure design excellence while balancing constructability, cost, and schedule considerations

We partner with both non-profit and for-profit groups to deliver comprehensive design and construction support services. We are seeking an experienced designer / architect with strong technical skills, design sensibility, and leadership qualities to join our growing team and help shape meaningful, resilient residential projects., * B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited institution

• 7-10 years of professional experience in residential & multi-family architecture (California experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Revit (required), with proven experience leading documentation sets
• Excellent technical detailing, visual communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and coordinate across disciplines
• Mission-driven, with a strong interest in rebuilding, resilience, and fire-resistant design
• Familiarity with multi-family design, single-family residential design, permitting, and construction documentation in California
• Experience working directly with clients and guiding projects from concept to construction
• This is an in-person position (Pasadena, CA)
