Job description

  • Analyze MESF warfighting programs to assess future training and readiness requirements in support of OFRP/FRTP.
  • Evaluate emerging capabilities, including future Patrol Boats and new ground/maritime systems, for integration into MESF training and operational employment concepts.
  • Conduct research and provide written recommendations to align MESF doctrine, policy, and guidance with NECC/NECCPAC and NAVSEA.
  • Support integration of MESF units into the JELC process; coordinate with NECC exercise planners on resource allocation, scheduling, and sequencing.
  • Deliver Force Development Analysis and Recommendations annually or as directed by MESG ONE N7.
  • Contribute to Monthly Status Reports, Quarterly IPRs, and semi-annual Reports of Findings.

Requirements

Mora Consultants LLC is seeking a senior Force Development SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support MESG ONE N7 in analyzing MESF warfighting programs, evaluating emerging capabilities, and aligning MESF doctrine and training requirements with NECC/NECCPAC, NAVSEA, and Navy enterprise stakeholders. This is a Key Personnel position requiring deep expeditionary operational experience and the ability to independently develop and brief analytical products to senior leadership.

The selected candidate must possess recent NECC and/or expeditionary experience developing training and readiness initiatives, significant operational and readiness experience, and the ability to prepare written products and oral briefings for MESF leadership and other organizations within the community of interest., * Active SECRET clearance at time of proposal submission.

  • At least 3 years of recent NECC/expeditionary experience developing training and readiness initiatives (within the past 5 years); MESF experience highly desired.
  • At least 15 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within expeditionary communities.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
  • Strong oral and written briefing skills for engagement with senior MESF leadership.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency with civilian or governmental AI tools.
  • Experience with joint/allied exercise design., * Do you have at least 15 years of operational, training, & readiness expertise with warfare qualification?, * Expeditionary training and readiness initiative development: 3 years (Preferred)
