Job description
Serves as the principal assistant to the Site Security Manager in delivering security services and supporting operations within a data center environment. Responsibilities include client service and issue resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, scheduling, system monitoring, log management, access control administration, and training., * Serves as the primary point of contact for data center management and security personnel in the absence of the Site Security Manager.
- Trains and certifies new security personnel and maintains all required training documentation; coordinates with training leadership and supporting branches as needed.
- Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to established policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Acts as a responder or control room supervisor during periods of increased activity or staffing shortages.
- Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security systems and technology.
- Provides support to additional critical infrastructure sites as required.
- Recommends corrective actions for security staff to the Site Security Manager.
- Assists in administering counseling and corrective actions as directed.
- Supports scheduling, equipment inspections, and audit compliance efforts.
- Conducts recurring audits and prepares/submits sensitive reports to client management.
- Maintains accurate and complete security documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Minimum Hiring Standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable communication and transportation
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be proficient in English (read, write, and speak)
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening
Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in security operations or business management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
