Job description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to work as part of a major transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful migration of data from legacy systems into new digital platforms. Working across Finance, Property, Facilities and People functions, you’ll support the mapping, validation and migration of data, helping to ensure colleagues have access to accurate, high-quality information when new systems go live. Combining strong data analysis skills with stakeholder engagement, you’ll work closely with business teams to understand processes, define data requirements and support the successful delivery of complex system implementations and organisational change. You will also have Excel and Python skills in addition to SQL skills., You are an experienced Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data migration, data quality and data mapping. Comfortable working across technical and business teams, you can translate complex data requirements into practical solutions and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You have experience supporting system implementations or transformation programmes, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about ensuring data is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose., We are an organisation with a passion for giving back. Requirements

  • Strong experience analysing complex datasets and understanding data structures, schemas and relationships.
  • SQL skills and experience interrogating and validating large data sets.
  • Proven experience delivering data mapping activities as part of ERP, transformation or system implementation programmes.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define migration requirements, transformation rules and validation activities.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance and data validation principles.
  • Experience supporting migration activities across Finance, Property, Facilities or People processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Experience working within fast-paced transformation environments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting leadership, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and adapting to evolving business needs.
