Job description

The Data and Performance Officer are responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on data to support performance monitoring, strategic planning, and service improvement. This role ensures data integrity and provides actionable insights to help the organisation meet its performance targets and improve operational effectiveness., * Data Management & Analysis: Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from internal and external sources

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data systems, dashboards, and databases. Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and completeness
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse and present the required raw data for performance measurement and business intelligence using various data sources
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports relevant to the target audience i.e. internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

We’re looking for professional individuals who put customers at the heart of everything they do., * Mathematics, statistics or data analytics related training or relevant experience

  • Detailed knowledge of performance frameworks and monitoring processes
  • Detailed knowledge of organisational performance reporting and business intelligence
  • Significant experience in data collection,cleansing, validating integrity and presenting raw data for performance measurement and business intelligence
  • Significant experience of analysing data and comparing data sets to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusion
  • Developed IT skills including MS Office packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate an ability to be courteous and be able to pronounce place names accurately in Welsh
