Provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Asset Management Team.
Maintain and update asset records and databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate and manage data from various sources to support asset management planning.
Record and maintain stock condition, asset, and refurbishment survey information.
Manage and maintain asset management IT systems and ensure data integrity.
Communicate asset information to internal teams and delivery partners.
Provide initial advice and support to customers and stakeholders via telephone and email.
Monitor performance targets and contribute to improving service delivery standards.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure effective communication and coordinated service delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering value-for-money services.
Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
Strong customer service skills, including handling enquiries and providing advice to stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team while performing well under pressure.
