Palantir Foundry Reporting Solutions - Senior

Montcure is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry Reporting Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of executive reporting solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform. The successful candidate will partner directly with Navy financial management stakeholders to analyze existing reporting products, identify business entities and relationships, design scalable ontology models, and translate business requirements into modern reporting capabilities that support executive decision-making. This role serves as the technical lead for solution architecture, ontology design, reporting strategy, and customer engagement while providing technical leadership to implementation engineers. Key Responsibilities Ontology & Solutions Design

• Design and configure Foundry ontology components including business objects, properties, relationships and supporting data structures.
• Translate business requirements into scalable semantic models.
• Develop reporting-ready ontology models supporting dashboards, scorecards and executive reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business entities and reporting concepts.

• Support reconciliation of financial transactions and resolution of execution discrepancies.

• Maintain proficiency in fiscal law, appropriations rules, and DoD Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) requirements.

Data Integration & Data Modeling

• Analyze enterprise source systems and existing reporting products to determine required data.
• Design source-to-target mapping strategies preserving business meaning.
• Evaluate data gaps and resolve modeling challenges.
• Partner with data engineers to guide ingestion requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Design executive dashboards, scorecards and reporting products.
• Analyze existing WDP reporting products and modernize them in Foundry.
• Validate metrics and executive reporting outputs with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting usability and analytical insight.

Solution Leadership & Client Engagement

• Lead stakeholder workshops and reporting discovery sessions.
• Serve as technical advisor for ontology and reporting design.
• Review deliverables and mentor implementation engineers.
• Present solution concepts and reporting products to leadership.

• Candidates must have the above clearance level and, at a minimum, be able to maintain this clearance during their employment with Montcure., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years designing and implementing enterprise reporting, analytics, or data solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions within Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with ontology object models, business entities, properties and relationships.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Working proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Experience designing executive dashboards and scorecards.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills., * Experience with Workshop, Quiver, Ontology Manager, Object Types, Object Views, Object Sets, Functions and related Foundry capabilities.
• Experience with WDP (formerly Advana), Navy ERP or federal financial management systems.
• Experience supporting Navy Financial Management, FMDDT, audit readiness or executive reporting.
• Experience leading technical teams and customer workshops.
• Active Secret clearance.
