Monday, Wednesday & Friday

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM OverviewAction Group Staffing is seeking a dependable and knowledgeable Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for employees and maintain the day-to-day operation of computer systems, networks, and office technology. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping users stay productive in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, phones, and other office equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, applications, and user accounts.
Set up computers and equipment for new employees.
Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system backups.
Coordinate with third-party IT vendors when advanced support is needed.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Assist with cybersecurity best practices, password resets, and user access management.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Support production and office staff with timely technical assistance to minimize downtime. IT support roles commonly include user support, hardware/software setup, troubleshooting, account management, and routine system maintenance.

Requirements

Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, networking, and software issues.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
High school diploma or GED required.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.
