Job description

Continuously monitor AI research and the open-source ecosystem to identify technologies with real product potential.
Reproduce promising research papers and models, validating results and assessing their practical applicability.
Design and run rigorous experiments, including ablation studies, benchmarking, and systematic evaluations.
Extend existing approaches with your own ideas, particularly in the areas of text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT).
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transform research outcomes into production-ready AI systems.
Share insights and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

A strong background in machine learning gained through industry experience, academic research, or a PhD, combined with solid hands-on expertise in PyTorch.
Experience implementing and reproducing research papers, with the ability to identify the gap between published results and real-world applications.
A structured, scientific approach to experimentation, with a focus on reproducibility, fair comparisons, and reliable evaluation.
Strong Python programming skills and the curiosity to explore unfamiliar technical challenges.
Ideally, personal machine learning projects, publications, or open-source contributions. Experience in speech AI is a plus, but not a requirement.
A collaborative mindset and experience working in agile teams.
