Job description

  • Develop, train, and fine-tune deep learning models from early experimentation to production deployment.
  • Explore the latest open-source developments and research, evaluate new models and architectures, and turn promising ideas into practical solutions.
  • Build robust training and evaluation pipelines to measure and continuously improve model performance.
  • Deploy your own models into production, including efficient model serving, versioning, and monitoring.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with new domains and apply machine learning to solve real business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in machine learning and hands-on expertise with PyTorch.
  • Experience training deep learning models as part of your daily work.
  • Curiosity to learn new domains-experience in speech or audio AI is not required; we’ll help you build that expertise.
  • Confidence reading, reproducing, and extending research papers and open-source implementations.
  • Strong Python programming skills and the willingness to tackle unfamiliar technical challenges.
  • Ideally, experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working in agile teams.
