Job description

  • Provide technical support to internal teams, dealers, and customers for hardware and software products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Topcon, MAGNET, GNSS, total stations, and machine control systems.
  • Deliver technical product training for customers, partners, and internal employees.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support ticketing systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Manage software licensing and customer subscriptions, including Topcon TotalCare, TopNET, Tierra, MAGNET, SiteLink, and related services.
  • Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical issues and communicate product updates and best practices.
  • Recommend improvements to customer support processes and technical documentation.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and service.
  • Attend manufacturer training programs to stay current on new products and technologies.
  • Travel to customer locations as required to provide onsite support and product training.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience with surveying equipment, GNSS technology, machine control systems, and construction software., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience (preferred).

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction technology, surveying, geospatial technology, machine control, or a related industry.
  • Experience providing technical support for hardware and software products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering technical training to customers or internal teams.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $26.75 - $50.00 per hour
