Job description

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Data & Analytics Contractor to support Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Systems teams by building scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and data governance processes.

This role will focus on improving procurement reporting, data quality, KPI standardization, and operational visibility across Procurement, Travel & Expense (T&E), and Extended Workforce operations.

Required: Hands-on experience with Zip Procurement Platform.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
Develop trusted datasets and reporting models across procurement systems including Zip, Oracle, Ironclad, VNDLY, Navan, and Salesforce.
Define and standardize procurement KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes.
Improve data quality, governance, and master data management.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Technology teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Support automation and AI-enabled workflows through clean, reliable data.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Procurement Analytics, Data Strategy, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, or related fields.
Required experience with Zip Procurement Platform.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and analytics engineering.
Experience creating dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
Experience with procurement systems such as Oracle, VNDLY, Navan, Ironclad, or Salesforce.
Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier data management, and data governance.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams., * Do you have 8+ years of experience in Procurement Analytics, Data Strategy, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field?
