Job description

As the Manager of Data & Reporting on our Procurement team, you will serve as the backbone of Wonder’s procurement strategy by driving high-impact spend analytics, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting solutions. Joining our dynamic Procurement team, you’ll partner closely with Category Managers, FP&A, and leadership to unlock actionable insights and lead major tool integrations across our growing ecosystem. At Wonder, you’ll thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-ownership environment where smart, collaborative colleagues come together to solve complex problems and transform the future of food accessibility.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Oversee the Ignite spend analytics platform, spearheading data updates, reporting deliverables, taxonomy maintenance, and continuous system enhancements.
  • Champion procurement data integrity by auditing spend precision across vendors, business units, ledger codes, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Ignite technical team to resolve quality gaps and bolster the consistency of our procurement reporting ecosystem.
  • Engage with Sourcing Category Managers to optimize classification logic and supplier mapping, ensuring superior spend transparency.
  • Architect a comprehensive reporting framework covering the sourcing pipeline, savings realization, and overall category health.
  • Deliver tailored ad-hoc analysis to provide actionable insights for Procurement leadership, Finance partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish standardized dashboards, performance metrics, and automated cadences to unify reporting across all procurement pillars.
  • Support Category Managers in developing specialized reports that identify spend velocity, supply risks, and strategic optimization opportunities.
  • Drive the data strategy for the Travel & Expense vertical, managing the end-to-end reporting cycle and stakeholder distribution.
  • Monitor purchase order and invoicing flows from strategic partners, tracking actual spend against committed financial thresholds.
  • Direct complex data integrations among core tools, including Netsuite, Workday, Zip, Navan, and Tropic.
  • Design and implement sophisticated Looker dashboards, effectively piping disparate data sources into intuitive, department-level visualizations.
  • Analyze AI adoption trends within our toolset to mitigate budget variances and identify novel workflow efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with international Procurement resources to ensure seamless execution of departmental objectives and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years of expertise in spend analytics and strategic sourcing, with at least 1-2 years dedicated to leading projects or personnel.
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing enterprise procurement tools such as Ignite, Netsuite, Zip, Navan, or Tropic.
  • Expertise in architecting sophisticated dashboards within Looker, Tableau, or Power BI using disparate data sources.
  • Advanced technical mastery of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proven capability to maintain rigorous data integrity across multifaceted datasets, including taxonomy, contracts, and invoicing flows.
  • Collaborate effectively with Category Managers and FP&A to translate complex data into high-impact insights for executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI platforms like Gemini or Claude to architect efficient workflows and accelerate reporting cadences.
