UX Generalist

This is a Senior UX Generalist / Senior UX Designer role with a strong focus on UX Research + Service Design + Product Design. It’s not a UI Developer or Front-End Developer position. Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct User Research (interviews, workshops, focus groups)
• Analyze user behaviors and pain points.
• Create User Journeys and Process Flows
• Design Wireframes
• Build Interactive Prototypes
• Create High-Fidelity UI Designs
• Conduct Usability Testing
• Present UX recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Designers.
• Work on multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.

• 10+ years of UX Design experience
• UX Research.
• Wireframing.
• Prototyping.
• User Journey Mapping.
• Process Flows.
• Usability Testing.
• Figma (likely expected even though not listed)
• Strong stakeholder communication.
• Workshop facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Service Design.
• Design Systems.
• Outcome-driven workshop facilitation.
• Enterprise product design experience.
