- Drive new business acquisition across North American markets through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle-from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities across industries such as Technology, SaaS, FinTech and Digital Enterprises.
- Establish and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, VP Engineering, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Collaborate with solution architects and offshore delivery teams to develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical solutions.
- Represent Bacancy at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events including HIMSS, CHIME, Money20/20, regional technology summits, and other relevant industry events.
- Work closely with the marketing team on demand generation initiatives, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), LinkedIn outreach, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding Bacancy’s presence across America.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to support business strategy and service innovation.
Requirements
Bacancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US Sales Director to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across North America. This role is ideal for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with a proven track record of selling IT services, managed engineering teams, and digital transformation solutions to US-based mid-market and enterprise clients.
This position is open only to US Citizens or individuals legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The candidate must be based in the US and comfortable working closely with global delivery teams., * US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Currently residing in the United States.
- 10-15 years of successful B2B sales experience in IT Services, Software Development, Technology Consulting, or Digital Engineering Services.
- Proven experience selling offshore or nearshore software development services to US-based clients.
- Demonstrated success closing enterprise deals ranging from USD 100K to USD 2M+.
- Strong understanding of offshore delivery models and managed engineering services.
- Excellent consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred., * Established network of US-based technology executives and enterprise decision-makers.
- Experience selling AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation services.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern software delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
- Understanding of AI-assisted software development and emerging technology trends.
Travel Requirement
- Must be willing to travel extensively (approximately 30-50%) across the United States for client meetings, executive presentations, industry conferences, networking events, and business development activities.
