Server Administrator

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Server Administrator to support and manage infrastructure across our Managed Services (MSP) client base. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with our MSP team and directly with customers to design, build, and support virtual environments., * Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Manage and support virtualization platforms including VMware and Proxmox
• Design and build virtual environments for MSP customers, including compute, storage, and networking
• Work closely with internal MSP teams and clients to augment existing IT staff and infrastructure
• Configure and manage server and storage solutions (SAN/NAS, local and hybrid storage)
• Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before they impact clients
• Respond to escalated support tickets and infrastructure-related incidents
• Assist with migrations (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, virtualization platform transitions)
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all environments
• Document systems, processes, and client environments clearly and consistently, * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• VMware VCP
• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in System design?, * 3+ years of experience in system or server administration (MSP experience preferred)

• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Veeam Backup & Replication
• VMware (vSphere, ESXi)
• Proxmox (preferred or willingness to learn)
• Experience designing and deploying virtualized environments
• Hands-on experience with server storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, hybrid/cloud storage)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience working in multi-tenant environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different clients
