Requirements

o Strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft, along with the ability to code, design and lead integration solutions, including API-led connectivity, DataWeave, Azure Devops, Security , messaging and experience working with Anypoint Platform and CloudHub. o Must Haves: 12 years of experience in API development and enterprise integration, with deep expertise in MuleSoft (CloudHub and On Prem). Strong expertise in API security, including encryption, and compliance for financial services environments. Demonstrated ability to optimize vCore allocation and support high volume, high performance transaction processing. Strong background in event driven architectures and real time processing using Kafka or similar streaming technologies. Hands on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as ELK, AppDynamics, and Grafana for proactive issue detection and resolution. Practical experience with both NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB) and relational databases. Solid experience working in Agile environments, including DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies. Strong understanding of the full delivery lifecycle, including: o Discovery and requirements gathering o High level and detailed solution design o Development, testing, and production support Hands on experience with coding, troubleshooting, debugging, and working closely with vendor applications (e.g., FIS, EPP). Proven ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience communicating requirements to development teams, conducting code reviews, reviewing mapping/design documents, and validating unit test results. Demonstrated adherence to project quality standards and best practices. Experience coordinating demos and walkthroughs for QA and business stakeholders. Proven ability to own delivery commitments, keep projects on schedule, and proactively address risks and issues impacting timelines or quality. Mentorship, and collaboration skills, with a focus on team development and process optimization.
