Job description

Job Summary: The Intelligence Analyst - Motion GEOINT provides 24/7/365 support for real-time full-motion video (FMV) exploitation, analysis, and dissemination in support of critical operations. This role leverages Motion GEOINT, multi-sensor imagery, and other intelligence sources to deliver actionable intelligence products, conduct target analysis, and support mission planning and execution. The analyst will work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment alongside other GEOINT specialists, intelligence analysts, and engineers. Responsibilities: - Conduct real-time FMV exploitation in a rotating shift work environment.

  • Exploit Motion GEOINT from multiple modalities, including multi-spectral, hyper spectral, infrared (IR), synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and LiDAR imagery.
  • Perform target analysis using various Motion GEOINT platforms and data sources.
  • Produce intelligence products such as storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
  • Record and disseminate live exploitation comments with touch-typing proficiency (minimum 32 wpm at 90% accuracy).
  • Research and analyze current and historical imagery (hardcopy and softcopy) to answer detailed information requirements.
  • Generate standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products, including summary reports, tailored mission-specific deliverables, and database remarks.
  • Prepare and deliver daily briefings as required.
  • Work closely with NGA, NSG, ASG, and service imagery/geospatial analysts.

Requirements

Collaborate with other intelligence analysts, engineers, and mission partners to ensure comprehensive operational support. Qualifications: - 3 years of full-time, post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Ability to touch-type at a minimum of 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Motion GEOINT exploitation techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with multi-sensor imagery modalities (multi-spectral, hyper spectral, IR, SAR, LiDAR).

  • Strong analytical and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: - Prior NGA or NSG operational support experience.
  • Experience creating motion imagery-derived graphics and intelligence products.
  • Familiarity with intelligence community (IC) data sources and production workflows. Work Environment: Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, on a rotational schedule. Fast-paced operational environment with real-time decision-making.
