Technical Support Engineer

• Perform testing and validation on all samples sent to customers.
• Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues reported by customers.
• Conduct on-site visits to reproduce issues and support root cause analysis when necessary.
• Provide technical support during product evaluation, pilot runs, and mass production.
• Analyze field failures and work with R&D in Taiwan to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Verify bug fixes and firmware releases before delivery of a device to the customer.
• Support the integration, system configuration, and interoperability testing.
• Assist customers with installation and product demonstrations.

• · 5-10+ years of experience supporting PERS, RTLS/Locator, IoT, or embedded systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, firmware, networking, and systems integration.
• Working knowledge of Linux or Windows Server environments, TCP/IP networking, and basic database concepts.
• Experience working directly with customers and coordinating with offshore R&D teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
