Job description

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial and operational models in Excel that support FP&A, forecasting, and performance analytics work for clients
  • Pull, clean, and analyze data from a range of client systems (ERPs, CRMs, financial platforms)
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that surface trends, KPIs, and decision points for senior partners and client leadership
  • Translate raw data into clear written narratives, charts, and slides for client deliverables
  • Support competitive analysis, market sizing, and benchmarking studies across multiple industries
  • Partner directly with senior consultants on live engagements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Financial model development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst, financial analyst, FP&A, consulting, or banking role

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, math, business analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced Excel skills are required - complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling, and the ability to build clean, audit-ready models from scratch
  • Sharp business judgment - you spot what matters in a dataset, not just describe it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort presenting findings to senior audiences
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
  • Exposure to SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or Python is a plus but not required
