Job description
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial and operational models in Excel that support FP&A, forecasting, and performance analytics work for clients
- Pull, clean, and analyze data from a range of client systems (ERPs, CRMs, financial platforms)
- Develop dashboards and reporting that surface trends, KPIs, and decision points for senior partners and client leadership
- Translate raw data into clear written narratives, charts, and slides for client deliverables
- Support competitive analysis, market sizing, and benchmarking studies across multiple industries
- Partner directly with senior consultants on live engagements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Financial model development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst, financial analyst, FP&A, consulting, or banking role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, math, business analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced Excel skills are required - complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling, and the ability to build clean, audit-ready models from scratch
- Sharp business judgment - you spot what matters in a dataset, not just describe it
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort presenting findings to senior audiences
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
- Exposure to SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or Python is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 - $115,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), plus performance bonus, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO., * Dental insurance
