Job description

Building on Firebase, using Claude API and leading LLMs, the AI Software Engineer will build the end-to-end architecture, security, performance and integration. Working closely with the Head of Product, the AI Software Engineer will take well-defined specs and prototypes (Replit) and turn them into production-quality code. As the company grows, the AI Software Engineer will start building the engineering function - hiring, structuring, mentoring. The expectation is that the AI Software Engineer will grow into the CTO role as the team and product scales.

Requirements

Deep Firebase expertise (Firestore, Cloud Run, Auth, Security Rules), having built production systems, not just prototypes
Demonstrable experience of building and deploying complex AI applications using LLMs and ideally, agentic workflows
