Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Deployment Project Manager to lead the rollout of a global Salesforce platform across multiple European locations. Working as part of a major transformation programme, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end deployments, ensuring successful delivery while protecting the integrity of a global Salesforce template.

This is a highly visible role that combines project delivery, stakeholder management and change leadership. You’ll work closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams and product leadership to deliver successful Salesforce implementations across Europe, ensuring standardisation is maintained while managing exceptions through formal governance processes. The role will involve travel across European offices when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementation or deployment projects.
  • Strong project management background with experience leading full project lifecycles from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, with the ability to engage confidently with administrators, developers and product owners.
  • Experience managing change management, business readiness, user adoption and stakeholder engagement across large transformation programmes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, IT, Data Migration, Compliance and regional business stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within governance-driven environments, managing change control, design authority approvals and exception processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge where necessary while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Strong understanding of deployment planning, UAT, release management, RAID management and programme governance.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or business units, ideally within Financial Services or similarly regulated environments.
  • Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP is highly desirable. Salesforce certifications would be advantageous.

Benefits & conditions

  • £550 - £650 per day
  • Initial 6 month engagement with high likelihood of extension
  • Opportunity to lead Salesforce deployments across multiple European markets.
  • Hybrid working with infrequent travel across European offices as required.
  • Work alongside senior business stakeholders, architects and Salesforce product leadership.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation within a growing international organisation.
  • Opportunity to influence programme governance, platform adoption and future Salesforce strategy.
