• Establish consistent approaches for structuring, managing, and governing business-critical data

• Act as the central link between business stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI teams, and solution architects

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable data structures and technical concepts

• Define modeling guidelines, best practices, and architectural principles across multiple business units

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect, Data Modeler, or similar senior data-focused role

• Fluent English and German (minimum B2 German)

• Deep practical expertise in data modeling, including designing complex relational data structures

• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data flows, and system integrations

• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or comparable technologies; experience with Databricks is a big plus

• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in complex environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Annual Gross Salary: Up to €105,000 depending on qualifications and experience
