We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade - adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. • Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with machine learning methods and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, Scikit-learn, as well as Git and MLflow
• Strong interest in engineering and physical sciences, with the curiosity to understand complex systems holistically and translate them into robust AI models
• Analytical mindset with the ability to critically evaluate technologies and solution approaches
• Understanding of the complete machine learning lifecycle-from model development to deployment, integration, and maintenance
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and proficiency in both German and English
