  • Contribute to the overall testing strategy, including traceability between requirements, test cases, and results.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and document issues discovered during automated and manual testing.
  • Monitor the health of the test automation framework and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure alignment of testing efforts with system requirements.
  • Execute existing manual test procedures where necessary and document findings.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and practices in alignment with SAFe methodologies.
  • Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for documentation, source control, and tracking development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Experience testing web applications across UI, service, and back-end layers.
  • Proficiency in Java with familiarity in additional languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • Experience with Git/GitLab for source control, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
  • Ability to work independently, debug complex issues, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)., * Experience with test case traceability tools such as QMetry or Zephyr.
  • Experience validating system/service functionality using SOAPUI, Postman, Mockito, or similar test tools.
