Software Engineer - AI expert

As a team member, your primary focus will be researching and testing how our AI Agents can be improved by fine-tuning, improving RAG, and other possibilities. Your input will be highly valued as you contribute to designing and implementing efficient and scalable solutions. Suppose you have knowledge or interest in Golang. In that case, you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to AI-related Golang projects, and you can dive deeper into the topic by working with our Dev Team to shape our product.

We seek a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer with excellent knowledge in AI, from training to operations (especially LLMs), to join our dynamic startup team. Ideally, you have already been building expertise in MLOps topics. • Proven knowledge of building enterprise-ready applications based on LLMs and their quirks about data privacy and security
• Proactive communication and team player, willing to take up complicated tasks and assist teammates to get things done and share your experiences and best practices
• Hands-on attitude - you want to get stuff done and dislike time-consuming activities, like unnecessary meetings. But at the same time, you like to structure and document your work.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus
• Knowing a programming language besides Python, such as Java/Golang, is a plus
