Senior Product Owner

• Drive end-to-end delivery of customer-focused features with measurable business value
• Own and prioritise a strategic, value-driven backlog aligned with product goals
• Act as a cross-functional leader, managing dependencies and removing blockers
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retro) and ensure clear priorities
• Manage stakeholders, set expectations, and balance competing demands
• Make confident trade-off decisions under uncertainty
• Ensure high quality through clear acceptance criteria and strong Definition of Done
• Use data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact
• Continuously improve delivery and refine backlog based on insights
• Mentor team members and contribute to a strong product culture

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 5+ years as Product Owner (or similar), with proven delivery of impactful features

• Experience in cross-functional environments; Agile certification is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
• Customer- and outcome-driven mindset, with data/KPI-based prioritisation
• Solid understanding of software development & technical concepts
• Proactive, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (min Level B2)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (<15%)
