Job description
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Product Management to develop a consensus demand forecast
- Contribute to the S&OP process to align and publish monthly demand planning numbers
- Continuous monitoring of planned figures, preparation of variance analyses, and oversight of forecast accuracy
- Maintain and adjust regional forecasts based on market trends and cross-functional input
- Support MRP group management, including safety stock adjustments aligned with demand trends
- Interface closely with Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, and Planning teams on demand-related topics
- Assist in preparing demand insights for management meetings
- Provide data and analytical support for projects (e.g., product launches, transitions, optimization initiatives)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field (APICS certification is a plus)
- First experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain
- Basic understanding of MRP and S&OP processes preferred
- Understanding of demand management, production scheduling, and supply chain concepts
- Advanced Excel skills are essential; Experience with Power BI or comparable tools is a plus
- Initial experience with forecasting and analytical tools (e.g., SAP, IBP, Tableau, Salesforce) is a plus
- Solid understanding of statistical models and data-driven analysis
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus
- Ability to work in an international environment
