Job description

Seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, networking, storage, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions., * Manage and support MFT/SFTP infrastructure, servers, VMs, storage, networking, and firewalls.

  • Install, configure, monitor, patch, and maintain Windows/UNIX systems.
  • Handle incident, change, and problem management; troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Develop technical documentation, support disaster recovery, and maintain best practices.
  • Assist with audits, vendor coordination, and infrastructure projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide on-call/weekend support when required.

Requirements

  • VMware, Windows, UNIX/Linux
  • Managed File Transfer (MFT), SFTP, Connect
  • Networking, Storage, Firewalls (Check Point)
  • Infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
