Job description
Seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, networking, storage, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions., * Manage and support MFT/SFTP infrastructure, servers, VMs, storage, networking, and firewalls.
- Install, configure, monitor, patch, and maintain Windows/UNIX systems.
- Handle incident, change, and problem management; troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Develop technical documentation, support disaster recovery, and maintain best practices.
- Assist with audits, vendor coordination, and infrastructure projects.
- Mentor junior team members and provide on-call/weekend support when required.
Requirements
- VMware, Windows, UNIX/Linux
- Managed File Transfer (MFT), SFTP, Connect
- Networking, Storage, Firewalls (Check Point)
- Infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
