Je biedt eerste- en tweedelijns desktopondersteuning, lost hardware-/softwarestoringen op, werkt met een ticketsysteem en zorgt voor tevreden gebruikers. Zelfstandig, afwisselend en verantwoordelijk.

Requirements

  • 2+ jaar ervaring met Windows desktop support
  • MCP, CompTIA A+ of hoger
  • Active Directory, Office 365, MDM (iOS/Android)
  • Nederlands & Engels vloeiend
  • Klantgericht, proactief, flexibel
  • Beschikbaar voor projecten buiten kantooruren (incidenteel)
