Job description
We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud environments while collaborating closely with engineering teams., * Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
- Deploy, administer, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and development efficiency.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Deployment Manager.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, proactively identify issues, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Apply cloud security best practices, compliance controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes.
- Document infrastructure architectures, deployment procedures, and operational best practices for technical and non-technical stakeholders., This opportunity is ideal for DevOps engineers who are passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern platform engineering. Requirements
This is a full-time opportunity for engineers who enjoy building cloud-native infrastructure, automating operational workflows, and optimizing production systems. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to infrastructure reliability and continuous improvement., * Strong hands-on experience designing and managing production environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps best practices.
- Advanced experience administering Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Deployment Manager, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud monitoring, logging, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud certifications such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments involving AWS and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with cloud-native security practices, compliance frameworks, and governance.
- Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of observability platforms, production operations, and modern DevOps tooling.
