Support Technician

Mega Saver is currently looking for a Network Technician to join our rapidly growing team. Must be efficient in networking.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches) and software, including cabling and network protocols.
• Install and monitor cameras as well as store MNSP
• Perform regular maintenance on network systems, monitor daily operations, and ensure networks are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshooting. Analyze, test, and resolve issues with network systems, software, and hardware to maintain efficiency.
• Help enforce network security protocols and ensure the security of network communications.
• Maintain records and inventory of network hardware and software

• Eager to learn and continuously grow
• Previous support or technical experience preferred
• Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
