Job description

We are seeking motivated IT professionals to join our network of employer partners in the Connecticut area. The IT support field is expanding rapidly, and there is a steady need for specialists to assist end-users with hardware troubleshooting, software support, and system maintenance.

This is a technical support role requiring specific industry credentials and clearance eligibility. Successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, managing help desk tickets, and maintaining system security standards.

Essential Duties:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Document technical support tickets and resolution steps.
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Maintain compliance with data security protocols.

Requirements

  • Residency: Must be a current resident of the State of Connecticut.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for Security Clearance eligibility up to Top Secret).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Certifications: Current CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent technical experience) is strictly required.
  • Candidates without current IT certifications or relevant professional experience will not be considered for immediate hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
