Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant (OM/PA focus)

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support a massive enterprise infrastructure. This is not a chaotic greenfield implementation. You will be stepping into a mature, established SAP ECC environment to drive high-level enhancements, tackle complex data architecture challenges, and act as the primary bridge between HR business stakeholders and IT. If you love deep functional solutioning, testing, and system optimization-without the headache of writing ABAP-this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Solution Design: Translate complex HR business pain points into elegant, scalable SAP configurations within Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
• System Enhancements: Modify and optimize existing ECC setups to support new business initiatives, compliance standards, and third-party interface requirements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the definitive liaison between business users, data management teams, and technical IT staff.
• Testing & Deployment Mastery: Take full ownership of testing cycles, with a heavy emphasis on leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rapid defect resolution.
• Post-Production Support: Troubleshoot high-level production issues, providing root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes rather than temporary band-aids.

Do you have experience in SAP?, * 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on functional experience in SAP ECC HCM.

• Deep, undeniable expertise in the OM (Organizational Management) and PA (Personnel Administration) modules.
• A purely functional background-ability to map business problems to system configurations (No development/ABAP programming required).
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing enterprise stakeholder relationships.
