SAP HCM Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Business Analyst to support and enhance SAP HCM solutions for a global retail organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM PA/OM, HR business processes, SuccessFactors integrations, and SAP Fiori ESS/MSS while providing production support and partnering with HR stakeholders., * Configure and support SAP HCM PA/OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.

• Troubleshoot SAP HCM issues, employee data, workflows, and system integrations.
• Support SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG, and other HR system integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Support SAP Fiori ESS/MSS enhancements and user experience improvements.
• Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, payroll processes, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with HR, technical teams, and global stakeholders to deliver system improvements.

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 5+ years of SAP HCM Functional/Business Analyst experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM PA/OM configuration.
• Knowledge of Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, IDocs, and SAP Fiori ESS/MSS.
• Familiarity with LSMW, SE16/SE16N, SM37, Ad-Hoc Queries, and basic ABAP debugging.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
