Job description
You will be responsible for the management, maintenance and security of the school’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring systems effectively support both teaching and administrative functions. Working closely with school leadership, you will manage day-to-day IT operations, support staff, and play a key role in developing and improving the school’s IT environment., * Manage the school’s network infrastructure and ICT systems
- Maintain switches, servers (virtual & physical), Microsoft 365 and backups
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support
- Oversee daily IT operations and support requests
- Line manage ICT support staff
- Deliver technical support and training to staff

Requirements
- 2-3+ years’ experience as an IT Manager, Network Manager or Senior ICT Engineer within a school environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, servers, networking and backups
- Experience upgrading school IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
