Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to maintaining our high standards of service., * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
  • Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks.
  • Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using RF scanners and MRP systems.
  • Assist with stocking shelves and organizing warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment within the warehouse.
  • Assist our Logistician with employee travel and hotel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes and order fulfillment procedures.
  • Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, including knowledge of packaging techniques.
  • Experience with RF scanners for tracking inventory is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AS400 or similar systems is beneficial but not required.
