Job description
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will be the main contact for all computer-based inventory management activities in our warehouse, including assigning material to Work Orders and updating our inventory system when material is received, shipped out, returned to stock (RTS), etc. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with GM and Sales Manager to establish SKU-specific minimums and maximums
- Provides order requests (material and quantity) to Purchasing Department
- Processes Work Orders via the RollMaster system
- Applies knowledge of seam diagrams, cut groupings, seam placements vs dye lots and cut waste allowance
- Reviews/updates cycle counts; issues daily cycle counts to warehouse team
- Reports variances daily to GM
- Summary page of cycle counts - maintenance
- Uploads cycle counts to Regional Facility Managers daily
- Tracks all returns; processes returns via the WMS (Warehouse Management System - RollMaster, RFMS or PowerTools)
- Communicates RTS issues / missing returns to GM
- Researches inventory discrepancies (actual vs RollMaster database) and makes system adjustments as necessary
Requirements
- Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System), and the ability to easily learn new computer systems independently or with on-the-job training.
- Possesses strong follow up and organizational skills. Detail-oriented

- keeps up with the little things, doesnât let things fall through the cracks.
- Strong attention to accuracy and completeness.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience that includes receiving, pick/pull/material handling, inventory management/cycle counts/physical inventories, etc.
- 1+ years of forklift experience. Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry products that weigh 50 to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis when needed.
- Excel experience is a huge plus, but is not required.
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a huge plus, but is not required.
