¡ Experience working with integration engines in a healthcare environment; experience with Rhapsody is highly preferred, though other integration platforms will be considered
¡ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including experience diagnosing data issues and performing root cause analysis using SQL or similar query languages
¡ Ability to work directly with healthcare customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders throughout implementation and support cycles
¡ Excellent communication skills with experience leading technical calls and managing customer-facing conversations
¡ Experience balancing multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environment
