Job description

¡ Design, configure, validate, and maintain EHR integrations between healthcare provider systems and a healthcare technology platform ¡ Work extensively with HL7 and FHIR-based integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange and seamless workflow connectivity ¡ Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues, leveraging databases, integration platforms, and diagnostic queries to identify root causes and implement solutions ¡ Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and third-party technology partners during implementation and support engagements ¡ Lead technical discussions and communicate project status, updates, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders ¡ Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve integration processes and drive successful customer outcomes ¡ Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery and customer experience, ¡ Remote opportunity for candidates located within the United States ¡ Must be authorized to work in the United States - no visa sponsorship available ¡ Experience supporting healthcare providers, EHR platforms, clinical systems, or healthtech products is highly desirable ¡ Title may be adjusted based on experience level (e.g., Integration Engineer, Senior Integration Engineer, EHR Solutions Engineer) For more information or to apply, contact Ryan Dwyer at rdwyer@talener.com #Li-Remote
