IT Development Manager

We’re a fast-growing direct sales company based in Montgomery, Alabama, built from a live-stream dream into a multi-million-dollar social selling brand. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an IT Development Manager to lead our development team and align technology with business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (planning through deployment)

• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into practical technology solutions

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the company’s software applications

• Drive process improvements (Agile practices, code quality, and delivery efficiency)

• Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and developers

Applicants must be located in the United States and authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S., * 5+ years in software/web development and 2+ years in a leadership role

• Working knowledge of web technologies (C#, .NET or similar, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS)

• Experience with databases, APIs, and modern development practices

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead without being fully hands-on in day-to-day coding

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
