  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Analysieren Sie Störungen in der IT-Landschaft der Kunden und Lösungsfindung im Team
  • Unterstützung im IT-Support und Beantwortung von Fachfragen
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten und maßgeschneiderten Sonderlösungen
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zB zum/zur IT-Systemelektroniker:in oder Vorerfahrung im IT-Support oder einer verwandten Tätigkeit
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld Sollten wir Ihr Interesse geweckt haben, dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung mit aktuellen Lebenslauf inkl. Zeugnisse u. Zertifikate
