IT Solution Architect

Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, you will provide architectural leadership across enterprise platforms, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, integrated and aligned to both business priorities and technology standards.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Defining end-to-end solution architecture for strategic business and technology initiatives.
• Leading the design of software solutions across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establishing and maintaining architecture standards, principles and governance across enterprise applications.
• Driving integration strategies between Dynamics 365, third-party applications and core business systems.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise and potentially rationalise existing platforms, improve performance and maximise technology investment.
• Providing technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept and design through to implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborating with business leaders and project teams to translate strategic objectives into robust technology solutions.
• Supporting security, data governance and compliance requirements across the application landscape.

You will be an experienced technology professional with a strong background in enterprise architecture and solution design. You combine strategic thinking with technical expertise and can confidently engage with both business and technical audiences.

You will bring:

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience integrating business-critical platforms across complex environments.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern architecture principles.
• Experience working with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• A strong understanding of security, governance and data management principles.
• The ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
